4. The torso controls the arms. The whole torso needs to rotate around the angle of the tilted spine and good posture is key to this. The turn should come from the middle section of the torso and not the shoulders. If the legs move around, it doesn’t matter unless it effects the next key.
5. Keep the head still and trust the swing. You have to perform the rotation and swing whilst keeping the head as perfectly still as you possibly can. As a young teenager I used to practice for hours in front of a mirror to check this. Whilst focusing on the golf ball during the swing allow your subconscious to take over and trust your swing. Give up control to gain control!
